Terrible app .searches are inconsistent .I don't feel that library is good. After an year this app still sucks. It got renewed by mistake and I can't get my money back . terrible experience. U claim that u have a huge collection but that's not true can anyone talk to me from ur support team and I can show how ur app behaves. I am typing the right stuff. It doesn't work . Do u want screenshots. How to reach out to the support team.

there is lots of problems in this app the subscription method is Autopay but I can't able to delete the Autopay method it's is related to spam and also I can't able to delete my account it shows user doesn't exit but in profile there is a user name there is lots of bug happening I need to delete my autopay subscription method .it's will leads to fraud and irrelevant app.its Autopaying every week I am very disappointed in this app I need my amount back

Worst...if u want to unsubscribe, there is an option for cancelling a subscription, but unfortunately, the click part is not working .. If there is an option for adding an image, definitely mai post krti..I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a long time, but they are doing the Autopay option or khud hi kat kr dete paise...

Pathetic. First the videos take an eternity to load and then the quality is very poor. I unsubscribed last month but now deducted the subscription fee again. Now, when I'm trying to unsubscribe the cancel subscription is not working. This is a clear fraud. I want a refund of two months. These guys are not providing options for cancellation and making money out of it.

dear amigos, i have read all your comments, and I want to help, to unsubscribe this app you have to do a simple thing, say you use gpay ,just click on app and cancel the autodebit option from gpay only, other wise if it doesn't work, block the upi, using mobile banking app, hope it resolved you problem and this app is running by scammers,

I regret subscribing to this app. ₹99 is being deducted every week, even though I have tried to unsubscribe multiple times. The cancellation does not work, and the charges keep coming. This is nothing short of a scam. There is no proper support, and I feel completely cheated. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay away from this app. Totally unreliable and misleading. I want my subscription cancelled and my money refunded!
