My work location changes. So this time the default was not changing even after me doing it again and again and the payment went to different location. So I asked the the hunger help desk guy he took a snap and disappeared somewhere saying it will be refunded Directly within 2hrs. After 1 week he told me the same thing. This time I dropped a mail they said we apologize amount will not be refunded. Very bad service not prompt response

Keeps on bothering by asking for feedback before ordering the food and asking for adding the phone number. it is annoying and slows us down in quickly ordering the food.

What is point of this app when their staff never read what is ordered. They just accept it, put it on ready for pickup and leave it until you go to the counter asking for your order. Then they start cooking after asking you what was ordered

they have just disabled the browser link and reduced payment options to netbanking only, the time when UPI payments is taking over visa payment system in entire world ,these people disabled UPI payment in hunger box. Not expected this from hunger box. will never make any order from now on.

unable to login using duo sso. the app shows security issue when there's none to begin with. this problem is faced by many of my colleagues for the past 2-3 months. kindly fix the issue.
