I believe this incident is nearly deceptive to customers. When finalizing a purchase, a screen appears prompting a yearly subscription. It seems designed to confuse users: I intended to pay for my order but ended up subscribing by mistake. When I contacted customer care, I was informed that the amount could not be refunded since more than an hour had passed. The way this prompt is presented appears to me deliberately misleading to customers.

Very bad experience. I can't even sign up because whenever i enter my number, the continue button is not activated no matter how i try. Plus, when i search for a restaurant, nothing comes up, and it always says that they couldn't find what I'm searching for. That's stupid. Even the website is so useless.

Works fine for food delivery. This is expected. The app has slowly turned into a paid (I pay the food delivery commission) advertisement delivery platform. For example, upon checkout you are shown a massive advertisement reminding you "order groceries via hunger station." The banner is invasive to the user experience covering half of the screen, forcing you to clear it. Hunger station will probably ban my account for writing this review which is fine, there are lots of competitors now.

I have been a customer for so long and this happened to me today, I order a food from this app and all things work from payment to delivery, then suddenly my order disappear from the app and got deducted from my debit card. I never experienced this before so hopefully hungerstation will refund my money back.

worst app ever, I tried to buy a couple things from broast Al farooj after seeing free delivery, and once I ordered the things I wanted it cancelled the free delivery coupon and I had no option to cancel the order, and I also tried to contact the delivery driver to see if he could cancel the order but unfortunately he also wasn't able to cancel the order. I Don't Recommend this app, their are way better apps you can order from

I've been scammed with false advertising spotify premium for free. Sad how this used to be such a great app with flawless support. I've subscribed for a 12months (+4months spotify premium), today I opened the 3rd ticket (subscibed 3-4months ago). The first ticket's response "Go to spotify, they will provide you with the code", after checking with spotify, they said the codes are delivered by the partner (HungerStation), as for the 2nd and 3rd ticket they kept avoiding, despite still advertising
