Rooms and service for reward points have not been up to par. When paying I get a great room and great service. Also was told after last stay I would get 5000 added to my account for less than optimal stay in Fresno, but it never happened and there was no response to two followup emails to the person that was to add the points to my account. I will be looking for a different brand to build a relationship with from this point.

Booking multiple rooms is a problem, you have no options for the additional rooms, so you have to call to get what you need, negating the purpose of the app. Amenities available in the app (particularly in room dining and Chromecast} don't work properly, so you are better off just using the website. The app seems to exist just to punish members.

Originally the app was working exactly as expected; however, after the third night of my stay, the current stay disappeared. It was confusing that the current stay showed up in the Upcoming section, but that was far better than not seeing it at all. And it doesn't say no upcoming stays, just a blank white panel. I tried clearing the cache, I tried signing out, I tried uninstalling the app.

Keeps asking me to verify my email before enabling mobile keys (I've already gone through this process and used a mobile key). Then when I try to send a verification code to my email, it fails with a generic "something went wrong, please try again later." Rest of the app seems to work fine, just annoying to have such a basic piece of functionality borked.

Love the app. It's convenient, and easy to use. Especially when i don't have time to call. I travel quite a bit for work so, having the convenience of this app has helped tremendously. When i signed into the app and set all my preferences, its automatic each time i book. The hotel's either meet or beat my expectations, and the beds are comfy too. Thanks Hyatt for making my traveling experiences stress-free and easy.

Easy to find hotels, sort by award category for points, and book. The only thing we'd like to see changed, and I'm not sure if this is on the hotel side or the app side, is that every time we booked (7 times in the last week during our road trip) we requested a crib and not once was there a crib for us. We always had to ask again at front desk and they never appeared to have known ahead of time that we wanted one. I even tried writing it in as a comment and checking the box for a crib.
