I have never had a problems with the Hy-Vee app until today. I live 30+ minutes away from the nearest Hy-Vee so I place most of my orders online so I can pick them up on my way home. Today it wouldn't even let me log into the app. I cleared the data, I cleared the cache, I uninstalled and reinstalled and it did nothing. Clicking the login link did nothing. The email link did nothing. I simply could not get past the login page so sorry not sorry but Walmart got my order.

Fix the flipping bugs. App keeps closing every time I try to clear out the messages. It's been like this for awhile. It's always something with this app. It's still blinking when I first open it too. That's still not fixed. I'm surprised I can still submit orders. It takes forever sometimes but I can still manage it. It's 2025 man come on. It used to be great now it sucks.

Tried to place my first order in like three years because of how angry they've made me in the past, and the app is not even functional. Guess I was right to stay away lol. Also, it tries to make you join Perks every damn time you open the app (which due to constant glitching is about 20 times in 10 minutes). It's so hilarious that you guys think I would join that when it's a punishment to even try and use your service.

This app has ALWAYS run slow, using it over years, with different phones. Often the buttons don't register or double click. It crashes as often as Netflix, lol! I usually type in my phone number at the register, bc it takes too long to pull it up on my phone. Edit: the app has gotten slightly better, so I changed it from a 1 start to a 2 star. The website is still much faster and has less glitches than the app.

So, not sure what is causing this app to break so much, but it just suddenly stops responding to your clicks and you have to close it and reopen it several times. It also added several items multiple times so suddenly I had 6 of this and 5 of that and I only wanted one in my cart. Highly recommend just going on the website because this is honestly downright painful to use right now.

9 times out of 10 when I order the app doesn't let me get through the payment screen. I have zero problems for 2 hours while I pick my items, pick my substitutions, goes through the entire thing. The second I get to the payment screen the whole app freezes and I can't complete my order. I end up having to go to the store and shop anyways. I gave up and now shop elsewhere.
