This app fails at the most basic of things as an airline app. While attempting to check in, I had to deal with confusing prompts, errors, and slow loading screens. After an hour of this, I conceded and used the website to check in. In doing so, I somehow managed to select TWO separate seats for my flight. I hope I have a seat at all when I arrive for my flight later today. This frustrating experience is enough to discourage me from flying Iberia in the future.

Weirdly buggy. Feels barely tested. Random errors. Does strange things like ask for location in the destination country, but only allow selecting your home country? Shows prices for seats that are ultimately free, which is very confusing. Does not feel like the product of a major airline. Wouldn't show my return boarding passes, and the seat selection magically vanished. No useful notifications like departure info. Weird.

Very Buggy! The check in process was full of errors, and I sort of went with the flow. Asked for the address of where I'm staying in Spain and then will only let me select a US state. I ultimately selected the state I live in and am hoping for the best. It won't bring me to my boarding pass electronically, so I printed the one they emailed. I hope on the way back the one they email is good enough, because I won't have a printer.

Only 1 star because I can't give it 0. Can't check-in with emergency contact phone number errors. Can't stay logged in because it tells me to update it (mind you it updated 2 days ago but even knowing that I deleted it and did a fresh install only to get the same thing) The front end of the app is confusing, misleading, very buggy, and not user friendly. And now that I've checked my bags in, I can't access my boarding ticket at the gate! Don't worry I took a screenshot. Take some time to debug

Extremely frustrating app and web page. Unable to obtain my boarding pass after one hour trying. Error loading the contact information. Required to upload return ticket info even if I'm a permanent resident. Please just say that you don't offer online check-in and remove the app from the app store. This will save time and money for you and your customers.

It would be interesting to have multi-destinations search. Also when having flight results often in the header of the table, I cannot see the prices, I have to click on each of them to see the price it's pretty annoying, if it's a space issue I think you can remove the currency sign as it shows on too. In the flights results also, the arrows for scrolling the dates are limited to 5 days, it should be unlimited. I would be interested in having Algerian Dinars in the list of currencies. Thank you.
