The app seems to be revised from last year and in my opinion is no longer user-friendly. I can't find the ability to filter just the women's singles vs having to scroll through all active matches to get to what I want. I can filter the favorites but cannot filter men's singles from women's. I can only separate men's and women's for completed events. The entire navigation is more cumbersome so I uninstalled it

This app is awesome! Not only did it help me figure out where and when I needed to be when I attended the event in person, but it helped when I went home too. It announced the match start and winners one-time and accurately, and the 3D game feature was a life saver when I couldn't stream a game. I also liked being able to learn about player stats and backgrounds.

Real downgrade in the app this year. Homepage is mostly useless, they're promoting whatever they want with highlights and stuff, half of them you're not gonna care about. You have to navigate more to sections you want even live scores and the schedule. Not sure the thinking here to move away from start worked, but I'm more likely to just use my main tennis scoreboard app instead of this because it's that kind of bad this time around. Hopefully updates will improve it some.

if you're Handicapped and read the description in the app for accessibility before going, beware. There is no Handicapped parking, nor is there Handicapped shuttles. we asked several workers and nobody could direct us to either one. This was really devastating for us. seeing that it took hours to get into parking on day two. no signage for exiting either. very disappointing.

Where are the video highlights? This feature doesn't seem to work. The videos don't load at all, or only a couple of interviews. I would expect to see highlights of previous evening matches posted the next morning, especially since they are probably AI-generated anyway. The rest of the app seems O.K., but the highlights never seem to load. I have even tried to update the app, but I seem to have the latest from Google Play. Please fix!

Wimbledon app is way better. Can't sort by event type (men's, women's, etc. on schedule page. On players page, also can't sort by men or women or seeded players - even qualifiers are included on the page. You guys have lots of work to do to make the app meet the needs of the users.
