There is a major connectivity issue. The band is unable to get connected with the phone via Bluetooth and hence I am unable to utilize the band and it's features at its best. Everytime I have to connect the band with app and have to keep the app open to use all the features and rather than being convenient it's becoming more hectic to use. Without proper connection it's just being a normal watch and not a smart band to use.

Not acceptable. There are many users especially for boat products. U are the leading leader and good competitor for different brands, but this app is just not upto the mark. Previously I used mi band 2 it's a basic fitness band that is working very good it doesn't had any issues like this. Mi doesn't have seperate apps for different versions of products, if any product I buy the same mi fit app is there for a basic to high priced one. In boat I came across a different app for different product.

You should include all the other software things which the MI fit app and band is having, then it will become the best thing for the Storm watch. All the other things should be included in the upcomming update and it should be done as soon as possible, because if customer would not see those things then he/she might not get satisfied and may return the watch.

The app is working fine with the boat progear smartband. I like the fact that it's not showing heart rate at all times(Saves unnecessary battery drain of band). Cons:- Apart from the calories consumed while walking it is not syncing other activities with the Google fit app. Idk whether it's due to a bug in Google app. Nevertheless I mentioned it. Otherwise a fantastic app.

I'm writing this because I cannot access the music control through this app for my boat storm. Every time I try to turn on the app goes all white for infinity of time unless I close the app. This only happens when I try to control music settings. I have already reinstalled, re-paired , cleared cached etc but no help . please fix this as soon as possible

I have used boat watches from 5+years ... the watch is great but the app is not upto my expectations.... it has the same watchfaces from 5 years... it's a high time update your app and introduce more watchfaces... also as soon as you download one face your previous watchface disappear and you have to download it again to access it... there should be an option to store atleast 4 watchfaces
