I am a post office employee, still I cannot recommend this app. It is full of glitches, frequent login failures, and server errors. Most of the time it stops working when needed the most. Instead of making work easier, it only creates more problems and frustration. This app needs major improvement to become reliable.

I've been using the Indian Post Bank app for a while now, but my experience has been quite disappointing. The app is slow, and the user interface is not intuitive. I've faced issues with transaction delays, and the customer support is unresponsive. The app crashes frequently, and I've had to reinstall it multiple times. The login process is also cumbersome, and I've had to reset my password multiple times. Overall, I would not recommend the Indian Post Bank app to anyone.

In Android 16, it has stopped working. App refuses to start saying for"safety" reasons, it won't start when remote sharing apps like anydesk are installed, even when I don't have any such app installed. Either show the exact app name to remove, or don't do any such checks at all. Now I can't even open the app when I need to transfer amount urgently! update: it could be a bug from Android cast, which I had used sometime earlier. After restarting, the error msg was gone.

Worst application ever used. 0 star rating, hangs a lot and minimum transaction limit is only 2000 per time. Mpin expires very often. The application locks you out if you try logging in 2 or 3 times, and the app does not run smoothly, buffers a lot and stops working. We'll have to wait at least 24hrs to get it fixed and the bank does not support withdrawal after 2 pm. What should a person do if he/she needs some urgent money, if all this happens. I'll never prefer this bank again!!

I am abroad & have been using it for 5 yrs. About a month ago, when I tried to log in, I got a message saying, “Your Mobile Banking login attempt has been declined as it exceeded the permitted risk threshold.” As per the advice of a staff member, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, & then I was able to log in and carry out transactions. But now, again, when I try to log in, the same issue is coming up. This time, uninstalling and reinstalling (like I did earlier) is not working. Solution?

I'm facing an issue with IPPB mobile banking. Initially, it worked fine and showed my account balance correctly. However, when I tried to use it recently, it prompted me for a verification call. When I attempted the call, I received a message saying I don't have sufficient balance. I'm on a postpaid plan, so I'm unsure why it's showing a balance issue. Can someone help me resolve this?"
