So ive come back to the game since like 2016 and only reason im playing is because I had my old account with some decent stuff on it. Progressing without paying is very slow and 4-5 star cards are way stronger than most of what you can get easier. I've even spent a bit of money and gotten thousands of gems through offers and I have not gotten any 5 stars and very few 4 stars. Hope it doesn't die and something changes because its a cool game

terrible, this is the second time I have lost my account, due to the game not loading. The customer care service, and or tech level for help, is non-existent. Don't spend any money on this game. So if it doesn't load, you are basically screwed, no matter how much information you provide. If they had a minus 5 star rating I would definitely be clicking that. since they don't a 1 star rating it is. I've marked everything no, since this is the second time for this..NO HELP FROM TECHNICAL SUPPORT

I was a long time player with probably over a hundred hours spent over 5+ years. This was one of my favorite card games on the market. It was simple and easy to learn, the art was great, and deck building was unique. This was one of the few games that I spent money on sometimes. So why am I giving this 1 star? Because somehow a mass account wipe happened and my account got deleted. I'm not the only one in this review section saying this and support doesn't answer emails. This is unacceptable.

Igg has had a software problem that blocks people from accessing their accounts for over a month on this game. So if you spent time and thousands of dollars buying in game purchases like I have you can no longer access your account. They say "we are aware of the problem" but do nothing to fix it or give meaningful updates. So play this game at your own risk, suddenly you can lose access to your account.

One of the best games I've played. But after putting probably 60 hours my account just vanished. I can create a new one but it says nothing is saved. And also when they do tournaments unless you pay a ton of cash you not gonna win. I find it odd that when the tournament opens there are people with a million points. Even though the tournament just started. I did enjoy it and I got far without spending one dollar. Just had to grind forever

This game is satisfying to progress in and requires a surprising amount of strategy. HOWEVER, the key elements this game lacks are "balance" and "propability." Even if you spend money, it becomes very difficult to progress and gain any advantage in PvP. Even outside of drawing cards, the chance percentage in any mechanic makes it incredibly difficult to get stronger cards. In summary, only play this game if you are willing to tolerate its balance issues and spend lots of time on it.
