This app has progressively gotten worse over the last couple months. Every single time I go to log in it says the credentials are wrong. I call and they say "you're probably using the wrong password". No I'm not. I'm having to call whenever I want to use the app and have the account reset. It works one time and it's back to locking me out. And in order to log in online you can't have the app because it diverts you to the app. I will be deleting this app. I do not recommend it.

It's a bummer that this app no longer works. On my phone, I can copy my member number and password out of my password vault and log in via the web just fine. But, the app always says that something went wrong and that the login credentials that I supplied were invalid. Clearly the credentials are fine since they work when logging in via the browser on my phone. Therefore, this app is busted.

need to fix the app and web pages so charges show for knights booked with points. Right now they are not there, you cannot get the amount from the hotel you are at ... they are only in the confirmation email. Also need a way to modify a discounted booking in the app, on the web or by calling the hotel. I NOW know there is a link in the confirmation email, but I had tried to change one and was told by an IHG property to just cancel and rebook. Said I would not be charged. I did - was charged

Terrible. Once you pay the higher rate for a refundable rate, the app makes sure that "modify reservation" is "not available". They force you to call and sit on hold for 30 minutes to listen to their ads before allowing you to make a change. Digital check-in stops working 24hrs from the day of arrival. Their goal is to make it as inconvenient as possible to modify travel plans while making you pay a higher rate to think you can. Returning to Hilton Honors.

The app is clunky and doesn't respond correctly. Also every time I try and get a hold of someone, rather day or night, I'm always 18 in the queue. How can I be 18 in the queue at 1am and 12pm. I'm a member of other hotel chains and never had so many problems with my reservations before. This my first time dealing with this company and probably my last. I work in tech and whoever is doing your coding should be fired. They are costing you money and customers.

I had a family vacation planned, with a current confirmation on the app and the stay was canceled in the hotel's system. I was NOT notified. I set a preference for early arrival that did not stay in the app, so I called to confirm. That's when I found out about the cancellation, on THE FIRST DAY OF OUR VACATION. The front desk would not do anything about it. This is the worst customer service I have ever received... Now, I'm left scrambling to hopefully find another place to stay...
