App doesn't even open! I've uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times and when it starts a red thing pops up with no writing on it and the app doesn't open. It's basically useless. The Poinku app has become useless, too. At least it had a barcode scanner on it and you could check the prices of things that aren't labelled (in some stores the majority of products aren't!) but sadly that was removed and the app has minimal info on it.

I deleted my previous review, this app has become really disappointing! I had to wait 1.5 hours just to get a confirmation that the items I ordered were out of stock. Instead of offering alternatives, they asked me to cancel and re-order, but there isn’t even an option to cancel!! No solution was provided, not even the option to change to other items. I’ve been a loyal Indomaret customer for years, but sadly, their online app experience is frustrating and unreliable. Disappointed.

Don't ever dare to install this app because it's a scam. I had a bad experience with it. I ordered a gallon of drinking water when I ordered it on the app for that product. I paid through a virtual account, then I was contacted that the product was no longer available because it was out of stock. When I asked for a solution, they didn't provide one at all. I was just passed around as if they didn't care and didn't want to take responsibility. The people at Indomaret were so stupid

do yourself a favor, and don't install this application! very disappointing experience the very first time I used the online app to order coffee, and the coffee never came! it gave us scheduled time for them to send the coffee that we ordered. but after more than an hour, the delivery status didn't change at all. at the end of the day we ask for refund but they haven't send back my money!

First time work like a breeze, yet the second time will be the last time I used this app. Complaint resolution is disappointing, they closed the complaint without providing a proper solution and asked users to refer to FAQ. FAQ says REALTIME refund turns out to be 3-5 WORKING DAYS. this is not including another 2 days for them to process the initial complaint. The provided customer service phone number is also uncallable, which really shows how behind this company from its next door competitor.

Super horrible CS response. Ordered and paid extra for express delivery service which said they will deliver within 1 hour. In reality, you're lucky if they delivered within the same day.
