The new update makes the app worst to use. It's so hard to navigate even for bank statements. It used to be simple and quick but the new update makes it too complicated. I even have trouble checking my account balance as there is no option available. There are some options "Deposits, Loan, Credit Card, Invest and Insure". I don't have any loan or credit card so my account is not shown anywhere. How can I get transactions, available balance and other details. The UI should be as simple as it was.

In the year 2025, in a country awash in software engineers and being a profitable bank, I just don't understand how you manage to create such a lousy product. The previous iteration had a very dated look, but this one does not even work properly. It asks to switch off debug mode and launch again. i don't even know what it means, and I never changed anything on this app. It is dated, counterintuitive in navigation, unreliable in performance, and plainly embarrassing. Please do better.

The End. Horrible! you can't log in. SIM not recognized error. App not opening so can't login to account. All this at a time when I need the details of transactions for Tax calculation purposes. What were they thinking by launching the app without testing? The biggest issue with the earlier version was that there was no feature to search for beneficiaries as they were only available strictly in the manner the were added. No option to search for them or arrange them in alphabetical manner.

After the latest update, the app is showing only my old account details which are no longer in use. My new active account, which actually has money, is missing and I am unable to add it. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Such poor service from Union Bank — I expected much better. Note: When I raised the issue, they simply suggested contacting customer care. But whenever we call or email, they just ask us to visit the branch. The issue never actually gets resolved.

Worst banking app! The latest update has really taken a step back. Every time I try to open the app, it shows an error saying it's unable to fetch my location. This is frustrating because my network is stable and my location services are always enabled. What's even more frustrating is that there doesn't seem to be any fix available. Since updating to version 2.0, I've been completely unable to use the app.
