The app will stop working when you need it the most. It keeps saying "Sorry we couldn't load the page." Reinstalling sometimes doesn't work. Also, you have to log in twice to check in for your flight. Once in the app to find your flight and when you try to check in, it directs you out of the app and to their website where you have to log in again, which makes this app useless. It's much better to go through their website, if it's also working correctly that is.

Had to change a flight due to graduation dates being changed. For intl flights, these clowns charge US$50. I could understand charging if you have to have an employee manage this, but they don't. The office here has no one in it to help. There is no call in numbers. The website was down so I made the huge mistake of downloading the app. Checked all the data, decided on a date and time. Clicked it. Paid by credit card. Got the itinerary with a different date. Simply horrible.

App keeps telling me I need to login through browser. When it opens new browser and I type in my login details, it tells me to loginto new app. And therefore I keep typing in my login details in circles and getting nowhere. This app is so useless. Same thing when adding Cebu Super Pass, it just tells you that you cannot redeem a CEB Super Pass. This app just has too many flaws, and doesnt work well. Its also not easy to use.

App is slow and laggy, apparently due to backend servers and infrastructure. Cannot accept credit card through the app, always gives "error processing request" without any details why. Could only reserve flight to make payment later through a third party, but later the airline cancel booking without my permission when I tried & failed again to make CC payment to them. I had to use other app/airline.

I’m really disappointed with Cebu Pacific. I’ve booked multiple flights for my mom using their app, but lately, it keeps freezing at the payment stage. I’m forced to restart the booking, and each time, the ticket price goes up. This has happened four times already. It feels intentional, and it’s no longer the affordable, convenient service it used to be.

not working. after filling out the passenger details it freezes after clicking the continue button. nothing is happening. the same thing with their website. there were also cases where the price suddenly went up. very pathetic app.
