It's an ok service. Keeps asking me to pay for a subscription. That's ok with me, but I already have a subscription to several papers that it hosts. Since paying for them in addition to paying for Inkl would be redundant, and I hate being prompted to pay for a subscription each time I open the app, I'm going to uninstall. I like the interface and functionality, though. Sometimes it took a while to load, but overall a nice looking app.

Impossible to cancel a subscription in the app. You must email them. And the first time they will try to convince you to stay on, so you have to email them again. Companies like this are why the FTC is exploring regulations to ban anti-consumer roadblocks like this. And when you do finally cancel, you will lose the rest of the period you paid for rather than just having the membership renewal cancelled. Without these shady practices, I might have signed up again in the future, but never again.

I am a new user and became a subscriber before my two week trial was up. I used to subscribe to several national papers and other news sites but still had to deal with distracting ads and video commercials. It's so good to have commercial free news from so many more sources. Well worth the price of a subscription. Read the introductory messages. This app is very well thought out.

I like the app because the articles are formatted the same and are easy to read, though lately, some articles appear to be copy and paste jobs, where the source material's taglines and other quirks slip in, which breaks the cohesive look from article to article and starts making it look like any of the multitude of free news aggregators out there. It's a relatively recent thing, so hoping it goes back to how it was, with more due care and attention given when preparing articles.

I'd love to take you up on your kind offer of a 30% for life discount, but every time I try the APP takes me to a web page titled "What you need to know" when I click on "OKAY, GOT IT" there is a pause an the page refreshes to the same "What you need to know page". The same thing happens if I try and sign up on my PC. I emailed support but have still not had a reply or any resolution.

Excellent app and service, but a few tweaks here and there would only enhance. May I suggest that some sort of dictionary be added similar to the way that the amazon kindle one works... Also, on some news articles there appear to be images that are missing. Sometimes the images (pictures) are needed for reference. Besides that... Great app, even better service and selection of news articles. Oh, could you add a feed from the financial Times?
