Used to book beach parking at Wingaersheek Beach in Gloucester. Easy to book BUT when editing to add rental car license plate later, it cancelled my reservation & now sold out for date previously booked. I DID NOT CANCEL!! Have tried contacting Support, but no resolution yet. Also, Beach website says same app can be used to rent umbrella & chairs, no option on app to do that. Note that I had to use the app for follow up as website returns error codes when logging in. BAD experience!

The worst app created. It doesn't pick up the city, it glitches all the time. I paid for a ticket to park at my event the night prior and then get a ticket from them. Once I send the appeal showing my payment from the night before the reject it and now I can't contact anyone to fix this. I will not pay for this ticket and will sue if they come after me. I tried contacting through support but no answer. I found an email online, so I sent an email. They're contact and app sucks.

Long registration process and no PayPal; I only installed it because the parking meter was out of order. It doesn't look like the app uses an index of parking lot ID numbers, but rather your device's GPS or manually searching for the parking lot street address; not the worst thing, but it's more streamlined and convenient on other parking apps.

There was an error in the payment, but my card got charged. I got no receipt whatsoever. When speaking with support, I tried to send them a screenshot of the charge in my card, even though I allowed the App to access my storage it keeps saying I have to give the app permissions in the settings (?) I cannot send the screenshot, still don't have a receipt, support replies in no less than hours, slow... very disappointing honestly

App had a glitch in which I was unable to extend my parking time and was issued a ticket. I contacted the parking enforcement through email regarding the issue and they gave me instructions on how to pay. No acknowledgement of the defective app at all. It's insane how these cash grabs are allowed to happen. I sent them a screenshot of the app literally not letting me pay and all the guy on the phone said is "what's your credit card #".

Worst parking app ever. You cannot pay for the whole day. If parking hours are, say, 10-14 and 16-20 you can only park until 14. Then you have to remember to extend it. But you cannot extend your parking until it's actually expired (and, meanwhile, you can be fined) and when you try to renew it, after expiration, and you're likely somewhere else, it starts asking you where you parked. I'd give it ZERO stars, if I could.
