I think it's a fraud app because after 2months of hard work and time when finally I went to redeem my points then it got stuck. A message is popping out each time when I try "Apologies there was a problem processing your order please try again later." But it never gets redeemed. I am trying for half month and complained about it many times but no response from them. Worst Grievance handling, worst customer care support. Guys I am telling you please don't waste your time in this useless app.

Guys beware of Buying Flipkart vouchers from this App. Almost one month since I purchased the voucher they send vouchers with zero Balance and no support from Customer Support Team

This app runs very slow (even if you have super fast internet connection). It's good for earning money but it will take too much time at every step. You can spin and play games to earn intermiles but sometimes they are not added to your account. You have to spin and play again and once again , it will be too slow(due to bad intermiles server). At last , you will be extremely extremely annoyed.

The app says you can earn miles by shopping on Amazon via Intermiles. Twice I did this and there was no confirmation of the points credited. No email, no notification, no nothing. Call center guys asking me to send a invoice of the purchases made on Amazon using this app and that it can take 75 days for the points to be credited but while deduction of points it happens real time and there is never any delay or glitch. Highly inconvenient process. Buggy app. Fix it first before releasing it.

There's always some error or the other while booking flights. Both the app and website show outdated information. They show point conversion from partners who no longer offer conversion option to Intermiles, they show cards from banks which don't offer them anymore and they take bookings for hotels which don't exist anymore. Also a fraudulent company misleading customers. They do not adhere to their own terms when it comes to fully refundable ticket cancellation and do not give a refund.
