Bus live tracking is not updated timely..There is some error with sync itseems..I don't know how it works but as an end user I am not able to find exactly where the bus is...Many times I observed that in the app the bus is yet to depart from my location and after some time it reflects that it already crossed next 4 stations.Updating of bus location is not correct and not timely..

Not so good but for me personally ir helped most of the times. Apart from the app issues like lag and other technical issues. Most of the times got correct tracking of the buses. But lot of improvements needed. Live tracking should be enabled for all the buses and also when tickets are booked live tracking link should be sent with the booking message. Lot of private travels use advanced tracking system so i think rtc can improve on this live tracking.

service is not good it is providing wrong information it don't reflect exact location of vehicle it gives late information mostly there is an option of search between two locations which shows so many buses to our dropping point when we search but when we approach that vehicle they say we don't stop at that point customer care people are giving very reckless anawers

required bus to show on maps, the data showing on app is wrong. it was updating via ticket vending machine so that once that centre is crossed then it gets update so there is no live tracking here only history can see. not useful this info atleast required 2 to 3 days past data for analysing and maps to see where is the bus.

app not working properly to much bugs avaliable when iam using this app time shown good but tracking was not good iam entering bus and open the app tracking was not shown somtimes app showing pickup location only when bus moving the tracking was same location shown and some times delay to showing i loss my journey so fix the bugs

The option showing the approximation time and departure is good But it would be better if the time of approximation changes with the current updated time instead of the same approximated one
