This app has gone down in user friendliness. For some reason they notifications NEVER work, and for the last several months when I go to click on view all products, nothing happens. Since they move the choice date around every month, it would be nice to get a notification from the app that choice is the next day and or that day. They also make it difficult to find the contact us section. It's buried.

Originally started my subscription due to a promotion and the first month was great. Wanted to upgrade my subscription to the boxycharm so I did on the 23rd and was told that would be for the following month (October). But then I noticed it's been shipped for the month of September and was not allowed to choose my items due for them putting it as a September box instead of Oct as the chat has said. Customer Service wasn't helpful. Just a very frustrating experience. Canceling now unfortunately..

It's great to receive a monthly supply of samples and even full-size cosmetics that I never knew existed. Ipsy which gives you more than just samples! I love having a new cosmetics bag every month that has our samples in it. It's affordable and you can pick the categories that you want your samples in, whether it's for hair, skin, nails, or health, you pick what you want, or let Ipsy pick it for you!

It used to be a decent deal. This company started giving really great deals on the best beauty care available. Then I started seeing brands that were white label brands at discount stores show up, then white labels that are overpriced, then they took away some luxury brands and made it a quarterly thing, then you had to pay extra to get decent brands. Now it's just full of stuff that super cheap brands with good sprinkled in. My last box had one of it's premium products be 2 sponges.

I do love them. Mostly. Only issues are: Customer service is awful; difficult to get ahold of, and if they promise to fix it watch it. 1 time it took 3 more messages before they sent it & 1 I had only contacted them 1 & they promised to reship but didn't. They don't do refunds, even if you contact right after. It's sad how they act about $. Otherwise they got great products and it's such a good idea. it's convenient and I look forward to it every month. Just be wary

I only downloaded and subscribed because of an offer I came across, only planning on keeping it for tht particular month. as the offer was only good for the first month. But, since tht 1st month, I've sort of fallen for ipsy. it's like a lil gift to yourself every month. But, the glam bag add ons are probably my favorite feature. they always have a good deal on something I didn't know I needed and has turned me onto things I never would have tried otherwise.
