Order my food outside the delivery hours and prepaid it and realised it cancelled the order. Now the refund is not being issued. According to the app, "resolution" might take 15 days. Customer care number not working. No way to raise a complaint. Items on the menus are on the expensive side. On the face of it, whole app seems to be a facade to rip off train passengers, as they don't have any viable alternative available.

An important suggestion: the app must make the vendor a compulsion to confirm the order with the customer well before the train arrives ( at least 10 min before) at the station to save the misunderstanding, in the absence of a phone or app based primary OTP for confirming an order isn't received and entered by customer, the order must get cancelled automatically. This is the reason this very good initiative is not popular at all as there is lack of will to a well coordinated service delivery.

HORRIBLE experience. Placed an order for Domino's pizza but didn't get delivered. Tried placing food from another station but payment always failed and therefore the order got cancelled. Tried placing food from from another restaurant but did not let me as an order was pending (which got cancelled eventually). Tried calling 1323(the number mentioned in the app) but the number is invalid.

Very poor service! I placed an order yesterday, the money was debited immediately, and then the order was canceled by the vendor. Till now, no refund has been received. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. If you can’t manage orders properly, don’t take customers’ money and waste our time. Extremely disappointed.

I had a very bad experience yesterday. I ordered dinner from Food on Tracker app. Domino's Itarsi outlet denied to deliver food in train and gave a vague excuse, they are facing technical and operational difficulty in delivering the order. Even Food on Track customer support team was not helpful in this matter. I sincerely recommend others reading the review, please order food at your own risk. You may either receive or fail. Please do not pay in advance because refund process is annoying.

Very bad service, I lost my money. I placed an order through this app taking the Swiggy option, but I didn’t get any food. When I called the Swiggy team, they told me to contact the help service within that app. But when I tried to contact the help service center in the app, it wasn’t working neither email nor call. I was really disappointed, and it completely ruined my mood.
