Best app for train travel! 🚆 I started using IXIGO years ago for PNR and train status, and now it’s my go-to for all bookings. Everything’s in one place — tickets, live status, coach position, platform alerts, and more. It also shows alternate trains, seat availability, and fare comparison in a simple layout. Features like instant refund tracking, journey reminders, and offline PNR access make it even more reliable. The interface is clean, fast, and easy to navigate. 👍🏻

I travelled by train number 14807 , Jodhpur Dadar - the arrival of which was on Platform number 1 as shown on Ixigo app. We waited at PF 1 at Sabarmati BG station. Just a few minutes before arrival, it was announced that the train would arrive on PF 6. I was traveling with a toddler with 5 pieces of luggage with me, no coolie on the station and no other escalator facilities. It was a nightmare. Please don't rely on Ixigo completely, as even at the last moment the PF status was not updated.

Very worse app. I suggest don't Install this application. because if booked ticket once you cannot cancel it. you cam only see cancel option but after clicking on it nothing happened. I tried in app and their website also both are worst. their customer support also very bad they just divert you actually they never wants to back your money. it's better you try other apps.

The most pathetic and scammy app I’ve ever come across! Ixigo is openly looting Indian consumers now. I booked a ticket from Pune to Jamshedpur and even opted for their so-called Travel Guarantee Plan. Before booking, I checked other apps — none of them offered this “guarantee.” Only Ixigo did, and honestly, it already felt suspicious. But since I had no other option, I went ahead with this garbage app. On the day of my journey, my booking got cancelled without a single call, message, or update

overall good but there is a risk of extra expenses if you skip or forget to unselect the full refund option. In my case I don't know how it was selected so I had to pay rs. 450 extra. I was in a little bit of a hurry so I couldn't check and the ticket remained in the pqwl waiting list but initially it was showing 8 tickets available. when I decided to cancel the ticket, I got the full amount. but still there was a loss. if it will be deducted as per the IRCTC it could be max 100rs only.

horrible experience. i had booked ticket from jhansi to nizamuddin with waiting 3 in ac 3. they claimed guaranteed confirm. otherwise refund will be 3x .but ticket not confirmed neither refund was 3x .coupon had issued for 7 days validity. i didn't tried to get tatkal or other tickets instead i believed on them. and on cancellation of ticket, few hours prior, no option were there except cancellation of journey. so beware this scam.
