Very disappointing experience. I had booked a slot well in advance and even applied a coupon along with a token payment. However, I received a call from the restaurant saying that all lunch slots for that day were fully booked and they were rescheduling me to 7:30 PM. This was my third visit to this outlet, and sadly, it will be my last. The service was horrible—my family and I spent most of the time with empty plates while staff served others. Even after multiple requests, food was served in minimal portions, as if they were trying to limit consumption. I asked three times for prawns and finally received just one stick with three pieces. Worst experience Starters, especially skewers, were not properly marinated, with flavors failing to soak in and not spicy as requested. Several buffet dishes, especially chicken items were stale, and seafood like fish and prawns were overcooked and lacking taste. We have even received items not properly roasted and not replaced in a timely manner, causing them to lose appetite entirely. I had booked a lunch buffet at 3:00 PM to celebrate my wife’s birthday, but unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely unpleasant. Despite having a confirmed advance booking, when we reached the venue on time, there was no seating available as the staff had allowed walk-in customers ahead of us. I placed an order for dispatch but for 2 hours there was no one to answer my order and the person who gave me the restaurant's number did not even answer his phone and after calling the customer care, those people Those people say that we will call you back, but no call back payment is received, it is a third class service, do not download this app
