I am constantly ordering on jane. I also buy majority of my Christmas gifts on jane as well. But for the past month every time I try and open the app, it tells me my session has expired, to log in again, but it doesn't let me and just keeps flashing. Tried uninstalling the app and installing again, didn't fix the issue. Now I can't use the app at all.

I really like this app, the goods are very nice and are decently priced. Recently, lots of the stores on the site have gone to free shipping, which is competitive and great for me too. One issue is, the items are unique so be prepared to buy asap or chances are they'll be gone, especially sizes M-L, but I check back all the time. Also very cute earrings, necklaces, fun items..

In general, love the app and everything on it. The only problem (and I think they changed this recently) is that you have to pay for your own return labels if the item is not wrong or defective, which doesn't really make sense for an online shopping service. Kinda stinks that you have to pay to send back products that look different on you than they do on the model.

I love this app and love the items Jane carries! The only thing I don't prefer is that every item has a clock on it and once it runs out the item is no longer available. If you ever order the wrong size, you may be able to return it and be refunded, but you can't reorder in the correct size. I'm fine if a sale ends and I have to pay more for a certain item, or if a certain item sells out, but making it no longer available?? Be that as it is, I still love Jane and highly recommend their products!

I've used this app for a couple years now. I love it! Bought quite a few things, never any problems. Recently it stopped opening on my phone. Despite multiple reinstalls, it seems I can no longer use it. Maybe the recent update messed something up? *Update: not sure what changed, but it is now opening just fine and I can spend way too much time shopping on my phone once again 🤷

I absolutely love this app!! I've gotten so many clothes from here and it's honestly a daily habit for me to check the new deals! If I just had one suggestion it would be an option to favorite different stores. I find myself buying from the same boutiques and it would be great to be able to favorite certain places and get notified when they've got new deals.
