The app deserves 1 star, please check your gold purchase with jar and compare it with phonepe or other platforms, we checked and found that when we invested equally and phonepe, phonepe returns on gold were 8% compared to jar, where it gave only ~2%. Also tons of ads, almost every hour, there is an ads. Uninstalled.

I have using this app more than 4-5 years. when we are investing money for gold purchase it's actually good , I've bought gold coins from that but last year I invested some amount in jar plus which is kind of fd and then after maturity I am waiting for a week to withdraw money ,trying to contact them . But support team is just saying to wait .

I thought it was a good app which is helping me save money daily, I started an autopay on daily savings. Now I don't wish to keep continuing as I want to invest my money elsewhere. But this app doesn't let me stop it, I contacted Jar Support they have not replied just automated replies. There is no option to stop the auto pay. The instructions they've given to stop it is also pretty much useless because no such option exists. Very bad.

This app is very terrible . A person puts money into it for savings, but instead of profit, there is only a loss on what they put in. I made savings of 5500, and I was only able to use 5000 of my savings; I lost 500. They are doing such a terrible job. My request is don't use this app. A bank account is better than this. You get at least 3.5 percent interest there. Even if you don't get interest, at least you don't incur a loss."

I used 0.5 grams of gold for redemption, but whenever I try to place the order, it keeps showing the "order cancelled" page appears repeatedly. If I can't complete the payment, then what's the point of using this app? The worst app.It better to switch on to the Jiogold.

Do not trust this app it's a fraudulent App, I paid to save 450 rupees but in account shows only 302 rupees, I contacted multiple times to customer service but no response. Finally I decided to withdraw whatever amount they showed transfer of only 292 rupees, finally I lost my amount 159 rupees. A lot of fraudulent activity is going on this app. Do not download this app you money and time also waste.
