I have been trying to watch Ind vs NZ test and the app doesn't want to load. My data is good, I have updated the app, yet the live match is not loading whatsoever. It has been a frustrating attempt. If you can't do it properly give the rights back to Hotstar. It's really disappointing. This is an edit on02/11/24. The problem still exists even after I replied to their mail. Still the most frustrating app I have had.

This service is a joke! 1. It's a streaming channel, but you can't stream anything. If you're lucky it may start, but then shortly it freezes again. On Android TV it just crashes the entire unit, leaving just a black screen. 2. Only one option of subscribing on annual basis, but the best part is they force ads on you even after that (the ads play seamlessly well and without problems). 3. No customer support. I guess if one would want to pay for full yearly subscription for ads, this would be it.

One of the worst experiences of streaming I have had so far. Maybe Jio could've waited for some more time and put in more effort into developing the app. The match streaming won't cast properly. There's lag in audio even on the Android TV application. Need to stop casting and play again and wait for the 2 ads to end everytime I stop casting, so annoying. And after the update I can see the subscribe button. Please fix the bare issues first and then ask to sub. Hope to see some improvement soon.

The app is slow, and has loads of issues. I cannot remove an item from my "Continue Watching" list. The app stutters randomly. Despite having a premium subscription, you still have unskippable ads before every video. Worse, if you go into PIP and reopen the app, you'll be forced to watch an ad again. The only reason I'm using this is because it has access to some content I cannot find on other platforms.

I have not seen a worse app than this till today, I mean it is fine, if no one takes subscription then you can show ads, but they have crossed all limits, not 1, not 2, but they show 3-3 ads and that too not once but many times,I mean it seems that we have not come here to see something but to see their ads, another issue of this app is that the it consumes so much data in so less time . Sometimes I haven't even watched a full episode of some show and all my data has been exhausted till then😑

Unbearable Ad Placements. I don't think I ever made an effort to review any OTT app, but this one deserves to be reviewed. First of all if I have paid for the subscription there shouldn't be any ads (except for sports). Secondly the streaming app doesn't pick up the show from where I left off, and if I scroll to go back to where I left off I will have to deal with unbearable amount of ads. Thirdly it has so many technical errors where you can never binge. Finally it also skips episodes!
