they have remove the option to raise a service request, we have been facing internet issues frequently, and there is no way to resolve it . their troubleshooting steps are repetitive, useless , no option to raise service request, chat bot doesn't understand the query when I ask to raise service request, if u call customer service , they spent 2-3 min in advertisement only , and even after there is long waiting time , I haven't been able to connect with customer care as well .

Extremely frustrated with how the app is totally useless. It helps with nothing. It is almost impossible to connect with a representative and talk to them to share any concern. The app has only limited issues, if my issue isn't listed, I cannot get it resolved. I've been trying for so long and in so many ways to somehow connect with a specialist but, nothing helps, not the app, not the WhatsApp number, not even the customer care number. It is very frustrating.

The jio sim is just a waste of money. Don't ever recommend anyone to buy it. Even being half kilometre away from the network tower there is still poor network connectivity. I tried contacting customer care in the app, but it was literally impossible because of slow data speed, only 2 to 10 KB. I just clicked the TRY AGAIN button more than 100 times this week but still it was TRY AGAIN only. So I had to come to the play store and then report it. It's just a waste. -5 star rating

App:- Completely laggy and irresponsive. Customer Care:- Doesn't exist anymore, and you've to go through a lot of bot commands and instructions for 10 mins if you have a complaint. Complaint Registry:- Doesn't exist anymore, they deleted that page out of their website, so you can't mail neither register a complaint easily, you'll get frustrated anyway. Sim card service:- Won't work (net or call) when you are at even a slightly crowded space. Useless even if you buy the costliest net packs.

I’ve been using JioFiber for years, but for the past few months, the service quality has dropped badly. The internet speed is very slow, and the connection keeps disconnecting every few minutes the router’s red light keeps blinking.Despite regular recharges and multiple complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Your support staff has also been unhelpful. Kindly look into this urgently and provide a permanent fix, or I’ll be forced to consider switching to another provider.

The app doesn't show exact data usage. Let's say the app shows that my available data right now is 1.29 and boom the next second I get notified via msg that 90% of my data is used up. After receiving this msg I refreshed the app and the data left still shows 1.29. It happens every time 😒. Didn't at all get what's the actual purpose of this app as even other things don't work well either. 🤷
