After updating the JioSphere app, I am facing a serious issue with the browser. Every time I open it, the app crashes immediately, and the browsing speed has become extremely slow across all apps. I have already tried standard troubleshooting steps such as restarting the devices, reinstalling the app, and clearing the cache and data, but the issue persists. As a result, the browser has become completely unusable and very frustrating to use. I kindly request you to investigate this matter

Hey Jio, I have lost my bookmarks and tabs because of your previous system glitch. I had synced my phone number but still couldn't retrieve the bookmarks. Is there any way to restore the lost data ? Why are there auto updates? My browser automatically updated itself from version 5.0 to version 6.0, and I lost all my existing tabs. I only have very few tabs left . How can I restore those old tabs? Can't you fix these problems ? In every update, there's an issue. Please fix it ASAP .

Team one suggestion. please use the minimalistic UI. Don't dump other activities on the home page. it should load quickly, people will come to the browser to search not to wait till your page loads with others which they don't want. consider it and work on it, you'll get good reviews and people will keep your browser as a default browser. thank you

It's been 9 months now and the redemption feature is not available in the application. When will the Jio Coins redemption be available in the Jio Sphere? Please remove it from Beta testing. It's already a fully established and properly working application. Please provide the redeemable option soon.

I liked the JioSphere Web Browser. Improvement Areas: VPN isn’t working properly—it shows the same YouTube results and is very slow, while other VPN apps on the same device work fine with more search results. Add a direct “Translate to English” option on the Google search page, similar to Chrome’s one-click feature, instead of navigating through full settings.

A very useful browser with in built vpn is a must for everyone. But developers need to focus more on customisation especially with inbuilt apps. Take Youtube for example, while playing a song or video, we cannot minimize it and search for another one while it plays, it comes back altogether and in jiomart or flipkart, it is sluggish. Need to improve inorder to compete with chrome and other browsers
