Not good. I want to download the catalogs to my phone, but it takes an obscene amount of time to download a single issue. Additionally, you must leave the app open and in the download page. If you do something else, the catalog doesn't download and your progress gets reset. This happened to me after getting to 60% downloaded after 40 mins of waiting. This isn't hard. Don't know why you guys can't even get this right.

Recently the app has not been showing me my current purchased digital copies. Recently I updated the app and lost all of my back issues. The app. also does not save my progress as I look through the catalog. If I have to leave and come back to read the catalog later, I have to start all over on page one which can be really super annoying with over 400+ pages of content. In addition there doesn't seem to be a zoom in feature; at least not without going to a particular comic's full listing...

I wanted to like this app. I use it through the crashes and failed downloads of magazines. What is the point of this app? Have to go to the website to enter the codes. It crashes more then it works. If they would just care about their product more it wouldn't be so bad. Fix the crashes, put some effort in to the online magazines, and offer support. Until they fix the stability I'd rather go to my comic book shop and use other apps for my advance ordering opportunities.

Terrible experience. It's not clear how to order an issue. I tried to order a single issue (current release as of this writing was for the feb. 2021 issue) it kept trying to sell me the Nov. 2020 issue. Then I tried to subscribe, there was no information at all on how to find what you just subscribed to. No issues, nothing. The only reason I'm giving the app one star is because there was no hassle on getting a refund.

I usually get a physical copy of previews every month. Due to unforseen circumstances I had to purchase a digital copy. I paid for a single issue... And it won't load. The app keeps crashing. Won't let me restore purchases. Very angry and disappointed. Don't waste your money on this. Visit your local comic book shop and get your physical copy from there.

This app is useless and a thief. Have not been able to access purchases from digital code for over 6 months. Then, tried buying one purely digital and will not allow access in app or on website. Tried to change password and won't even send the link to registered email like they said they would. Can't order my comics and will miss a whole months worth because of this. I can now see why DC and Marvel are leaving them behind, they don't provide what they claim. Good-bye liars and con artist.
