Top-up in this is app is almost useless. I was planning to use it to pay for rides and or buy Load. Based on trying different payments, drivers tend to avoid payment by app which is very annoying. The most infuriating aspect is Buy Load doesn't even work. If there was a half star rating, I would rate it poorly unless they fix these problems.

Your Drivers do everything they can to avoid bookings, they do so by turning off their mobile data, I was late to work several times because of this, and the drivers are just lounging about, swiping down on their phones to turn off mobile data to avoid being booked, 1 of your Drivers had the nerve to tell me he doesn't care about my booking, or If I'm late. But at least I was contacted quickly for resolution to this fiasco, my hope is that this issue is permanently fixed

Update: the drivers now claim to not be able to cancel rides, so they ask the customers to cancel it for them, which would disqualify customers of points. Either the app is very flawed, or the riders are lying. Please fix that. The rates being cheaper wouldn't matter if the drivers keep cancelling anyway. Plus you can't get updates on the driver's location because the map doesn't update when they're on their way to you

Unbelievable experience. Claimed there were no nearby riders available despite seeing a bunch of them around. I waited 30 minutes for nothing! Clearly, the app's algorithm is wonky, or the support team doesn't care. Is anyone else having this issue? It's super frustrating and a waste of my time! 🚗😡🕰️ Hope they improve the service soon!

Before, I love joyride but as the time goes by, very frustrating, those experiences that I had on this app. Last week, nobody accepted my bookings without any tip and that time I increased and higher my tip because I'm in a hurry and immediately there was a driver accepted it. What a terrible service! I have those drivers information. I spent for like almost two hours on the phone and waiting to accept my bookings or what not. The experience that I had last night, was terrible as well.

I used to love this joyride app unlike others as they were less cheaper and as a plus size there is indeed an option where riders can choose to accept our bookings or not however now its very slow, takes sometime to load and when I mean some time takes longer than normal waiting time, like an hour just to see or know how much is the fare 🥹 so dissapointed
