Only downloaded this one about an hour ago and already got more info then any of the other two previous apps. I can keep track of both the atlantic and pacific storms. The descriptions are understandable without the technical latitude/longtitude and degrees. Very little trouble with ads, just a little strip across the bottom. All said, I'm done looking for any other tracker. Thus one has all I need.

It is exactly what I was looking for. You can choose which sea/ocean you'd like to monitor, and get notifications when changes occur. It can be alot, like I got notifications all day, every couple hours but there was a cat 5 hurricane and I had friends in the pathway. I have family and property I need to check on, so being up to date by the min is important to me.

What a wonderful app. it far exceeded what I expected. it has everything I am looking for, in a very well laid out format, with updated information faster than previous apps I used, and very easy to use. I am going to pay the 5.99 fee for no ads, but the ads are so unintrusive, I didn't realize they were there for the first weeks using the app. this is the first app I have ever rated, because it well deserves a top rating. Kudos to the developers.

SEE 'UPDATE' BELOW--- Nice app! Good response time, user interface is great. If historical seasonal charts are too low resolution to read the text, see below. UPDATE: Presently the full resolution seasonal charts in the app can be accessed by long press on image then use 'download to device' option when the graph is displayed. For suspicious ads, be sure to use the report function at bottom left of ad image.

This app has the right information without all the BS that the other weather apps litter their "informational presentations" with. All you need to know is the storms current location, strength, and how fast it's moving. Also, in what direction it's moving. Best hurricane map. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

Just install the app. I like all of the options, and it's fairly easy to use. The tracking model choice, I'm disappointed that when you use the filter and leave the screen and then come back to that screen that the filters have been set back to the default. I'm also unclear of which of the predicted paths are from most trusted sources. There's no guidance on how to use this particular part of the app that I feel would be an important asset. Maybe I'm missing something?
