Systematically lies about delivery times. Under-represents pricing (prices go up with every click towards checkout.) Prices from restaurants are already elevated because they pay for commission. Why do I have to pay a service charge too? What service have I been provided that wasn't already provided to the restaurant? Despite the delivery fee, users are still invited to tip their driver. Why not pay them properly? in short: abuses it's position in the market and deliberately misleads customers.

I ordered the food at around 1 pm and until 4:50 pm the app showed that my order was under delivery. Then a few moments later the app showed my order was delivered at 3:22 pm. what a pathetic app. I even raised this issue with their support with all the screenshots and they were not helpful or understanding at all

Terrible UI, Terrible customer service. Absolutely over run with poor food from ghost kitchens. I changed address and made an order. I edited the address before checkout, then checked it was correct. The address on the actual order for some reason reverted to the old one on the order. I immediately tried to cancel and there was no option to do so, I had to open a ticket. The chat was so slow the food was "delivered", to the old address and they just closed the ticket. Use a diff app, I will be.

Too many of the drivers seem to be incompetent unfortunately. Most are fine, deliver on time, to the correct address, and contact me on arrival. But way too often they arrive 20-30 minutes late, or to the wrong address, and don't even attempt to contact me. Super disappointing when you're so hungry and the driver cannot simply type your address into Waze and just do their job.. delivering food??

Absolute bunch of cheats. I installed the app in Milan because I arrived very late and wanted food delivered at my hotel. After placing the order and paying for delivery, the food was never delivered, it says shown as 'to be collected'. Why would anybody want an app to collect food? Innumerable calls and mails did not result in anything, Just Eat blamed the restaurant and vice versa. I ended up losing my money and went to bed with an empty stomach!

I got robbed €60 by their affiliate restaurant. Food was never delivered. They sided with restaurant with 0 proof. Ruined my entire evening. Absolutely no customer support, just AI bot. They don't give two ***** about customers. Uninstalled, will never use again and will tell all my followers what a **** company it is! If you use it, NEVER PAY BY CARD, THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!!!!
