I have several parking apps I often use depending on where I am and this has to be the worst one. Even with full 5g it's ridiculously slow. Since the update I can't log in with my Google account, Google pay doesn't work anymore and every time I try to add a bank card it stops working. More hassle than it's worth, and as the toggles to stop SMS don't seem to work it's 30p cheaper each time to just go to the machine.

Last minute booking only to find out that the host no longer offers their spot. They tried to cancel on their end and it failed. No way to do it on my end without forfeiting my money. So essentially everybody got something out of it but me. And now I'm parked on the side of the road where I could have parked anyway. Only this parking costs $35 instead of free. What a joke. Refund my money.

Very handy, easy to use app for alternative parking options rather than the extortionate rates charged by commercial operations. Minor grumbles, not being able to add the booking to a calendar and the reminder doesn't tell you the address but hey there are bigger problems in the world.

So far not a great start, app crashed, then didn't create the booking as I hadn't created an account, so after 3 bookings I'm finally paid, makes me wish I had cash. Why the hell do I need to verify my phone or email to park my car? Service charge is more than others, and tries to sell you insurance. Good grief, no wonder this is the first car park I've ever heard of this app.

Even on wifi it just says "No internet"... Useless... I updated the app, as they suggested, and it now still doesn't see any nearby places or recognise the location code. This app appears to be a tool to allow dodgy parking companies to charge for parking violations. If it wasn't, then the locations would allow alternative payment methods... - Avoid car parks offering this...

I used JustPark to pay for parking yet I got a fine despite all booking details being correct. I have received little to no help from JustPark. In the meantime I appealed the fine with the operator, and despite the appeal rules, I have received no answer within 28 days, yet the fine was escalated. JustPark assure me the senior team would answer within 48 hours to the form below. That was 4 days ago now... JustPark is less than useless if you can't trust you won't be fined for using it!
