The app is nothing but trouble, might as well recommended changing to a different one, there's always either a maintenance or the app doesn't work or takes hours to do one task or just doesn't even open and not let you logic, I got lost in the streets for hours because I couldn't top-up money to my account for data pack renewal, not only that but it also sucks up the money in your account slowly for no reason even if you have internet in your account. I had 3000 Tenge in account, it ate 1200 Tng

Very disappointed in your constant updates. App isn't allowing me to use the older version until the update. Today I had to urgently use the app. My memory was quite full and accidentally deleted my Whatsapp to open the space with its all important data and unfortunately can't restore it anymore.

Keeps eating up my money for no reason at all,i had already payed the internet pack and now i can't stop it,and it is not less money they are getting, they are stealing nearly 1200tg monthly whitout any permission,İt started to eat up my money right after i dowlanded it,it is as if they are robbing my account,app is only useful to see how many Gb you have left other than that it is useless.

I'm logging in every time when I want to use the app. This is so annoying. I walk every day over 10k steps, but the "Walk for gigs" feature does not work while logged out, so that is not working properly.

It has a lot of apps that are sneaky, and if you are not careful, you will find yourself signed to movies, bookstore, etc. Customer service is very hard to communicate.

Why I can not use the app without clicking update button? Why I cannot close that update pop-up window? And if update is mandatory, why are you showing me the main page with ad, where I can't click or interact with?
