very bad customer care service they don't know how to talk with customer and they can't understand English also ( mariyam) customer care executive she don't know how to clear the customer problem whatever asking she give answer only I don't know ( I have 5000 above points i try to claim the point it's not working so I call the customer care number but I get the bad experience )

it's so bad experience order delayed so late in not professional after 20 min's was my order accepted they confirm my order spicy or original by the Delivery Driver not by the managers or Your Staff of KFC by messaging in WhatsApp not by call to confirm it I thought it's scammer messaging by unknown person then another mins or hour waitingy order again GUYS BE PROFESSIONAL ITS IN THE RESET WHAT MY ORDER

The app is easier for ordering than the website. However the payment part is horrible. After the payment is done, an error message comes up and the money is deducted from our account. This happened to me twice in March. I got the refund for 1 order after 2 weeks. For the other one,even after repeated calls, I still haven't received the refund. So even though the app is good, due to this glitch, I have uninstalled it and don't recommend it to anyone.
