The apps is very slow and lagging all the time. The interface is very unfriendly as well. Key in the voucher code and it says to meet the min order requirement. Once checkout only then noticed that the voucher that was key in was not processed. Realized that had to key it again after you meet the min requirement. Missed out on the voucher. The process is so stupid. Should have just processed it in the first place and only allows me to make payment once the min requirement is met.

slow, lag, went to pay for my order but didn't register, had to key in all my details again. After paying, the only thing that shows is order in progress, They did not give me my order number, so I'm unable to track it after I close the app and reopen.

worst app. the app suddenly refreshed and said vouchers may have been removed. i checked twice and the voucher was still in my cart. proceeded to payment and poof voucher not included in my order, cannot do anything since i have approved my payment. it happened previously too. too many times has this app caused this trouble. contacted customer service and was not happy with the answer given which blames the internet. dev team should be checked for competency!

You should check your backend and hold your IT department accountable if the app can't even notify the corresponding store about the order, leading to us personally checking at your store to only find out they didn't even receive the order. It's shameless we still get charged delivery nevertheless. Good luck retaining customers when this unreliable app already makes you lose our trust.

Even snails are faster than your app. The sluggish slow performance have been like this for months. Offer an app but never improve it's performance. Took me almost 45 minutes to place an order due to errors experienced in between. Credit card payment also return multiple errors and unable to proceed causing vouchers and points to be blo jed and takes a few minutes before it is being refreshed. Are there even any plans to improve this app performance?

Absolutely horrible. The "turn on GPS" popup shows up endlessly no matter what you do. If you push the back button, it pops back up. If you tap Cancel. it pops back up too. The only way to close the app is to keep GPS open to close the popup, or exit with the Home button. This design has to have violated some sort of Android application guidelines. You should at least be able to browse the app without GPS on, just with a warning not all menu details will be accurate until location is accessed.
