The rewards system is bad. When you redeem an offer with points, the voucher expires in 24 hours and the points are gone forever. Even if the voucher is not used, the points do not return to your account. It feels like the points are just stolen. Please fix this system so that unused/ expired vouchers automatically refund the points back to the customer.

I hate today's order i was cheated and i don't want to order again it so bad i ordered for epic meal large and i got one medium chicken and a very small chicken wing and the fries are so small wth is that i spent almost 40 aed and the order was too bad and poor i need compassion for this.

i had a good experience with KFC. The food was tasty, fresh, and served hot. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the sides were enjoyable. Service was fairly quick and friendly. Overall, it was a satisfying meal, though there’s still a little room for improvement

I ordered 2 meals of spicy chicken only and I got both the fries and chicken spiced. Additionally, the packaging was bad and on opening both the meals we found the chilli powder was just poured on both fries and chicken and we couldn't eat it.

I’m extremely frustrated that there is no option to change the phone number associated with my account. I’ve attempted multiple times to update it, but the system does not allow any changes. The only solution presented is to create an entirely new account, which would result in the loss of all my accumulated reward points. This is completely unacceptable. A basic feature like updating contact information should be available, and the lack of it is a serious inconvenience.
