very bad apps, everytime i come to pick up they are just starting to process. Even i have already made the order 30 minutes before, when i came they said it wasn't prepared yet. The status in application is fake. they will not proceed until they see you.

They ONLY can take your orders. They don't have the power or capability to deliver it to you. You better pray that the 3rd party delivery services doesn't cancel, or else it's a one sided order cancelation from KFC. And good luck waiting for your money to be returned. Safe yourself the agrevation, and order from other service apps instead.

First time getting application error, bought the chicken and paid through the app, but the app went into error and could not finish my order nor register. Wasted the money and food, if there's an error especially if it comes after making payment, refunding the payment MUST be an option.

Ordered some menu, but one of them is unavailable (so you have to make sure what's they're serving that day 🤦). The item got substituted with drinks etc, and the order delivered (by Grab, which I paid full), BUT, they modified my order from ORiginal chicken to Spicy ones. As we can not eat the spicy ones, i eventually have to go to the store and ask for replacement. What a waste of money and time. Standardize please!!

Bad experience. The app told me to add more to get the free goceng menu. It only give soup as an option, to find it disappeared on the final order list and not delivered. The pay single get double, also a scam, they sent single only. There's no way to complain through the app. And the call center and restaurant didn't pick up their phone.
