this app is just as bad as dominos, it's so slow and buggy. it does not recognize GPS and does not save your newly selected store. trying card payment every single time the app fits and shuts down. more of a hassle to use than anything. I spent 15 minutes just trying to order and gave up and came to store since can't skip the queues on my break and lost half my break An overhaul is needed.

The app used to be much better. Small tiles for categories which provided a list of items on click-through was a great design for a food app. Now each item takes up the whole screen making it a cumbersome process, the "favourites" are hidden behind a bunch of clicks, you can't put anything into your cart before the shop opens, in fact the poor design choices are too many to fit in 500 characters. Fire whichever idiot green lit this because they're actively trying to sabotage your brand.

Edit: There's a check-in button hidden from the user and you'll wait forever for food that isn't even being cooked unless you find it. Learn how to design a UI again. It needs a giant "I'M HERE" button like every other fast food app that requires a check-in. Old: It just works perfectly and the interface is intuitive. Maccas need to take notes.

The app has gone downhill. It used to be awesome with a good secret menu and a lot of customisation options, but now it just spams "Oops, something went wrong!" for reasons unknown. And it can't handle daylight savings. That's why the 2 for 5 deal won't work after 4 in some states. Side note: The Sweet Tokyo Burger Box was a missed opportunity. The burger is just a plain Zinger, no sweet Tokyo sauce. It could have been amazing...

i would like to edit my favourites. most times i reorder with tiny alterations & have to click through the whole menu again, finding everything, clicking on it, changing sizes, change side orders, drinks & quantities. please make it possible to EDIT the 'ORDER AGAIN' (favourites) & stop with the ads EVERYTIME i ADD SOMETHING TO MY CART. i haven't finished ordering yet. maybe save the ads as a last stop before checking out.

I love KFC. Massive lover. but this app is ridiculous. the secret menu is horrible to access at most times. it just refuses to load until I've messed around with it for half an hour. use to get it first try when it first started. the search bar doesn't even work at all. type nuggets and it just leaves me at the top of the page. Amd the customise options are a joke to say the least. I only use the app when in a hurry and never get what I want for these reasons.
