The game keeps closing out. Everytime I load the game, it just exits out and I have to reload it. Levels also freeze up regularly. It's frustrating because if I use my power ups to help complete the level, it freezes up after I use the last bubble so I have to exit out of the game & reload it, and then replay the level & I don't get those power ups back. Y'all really need to update the game and fix these issues

When I get up to level 300, it starts getting harder. This morning I was somewhere past level 400 and spent a week trying to clear the board & not have to spend any money on it. So I just uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it. This is the highest I've gotten in a game, because I've had to do the uninstall /reinstall thing several times if I'm stuck over a week. I only buy gold when I absolutely have to. Please lower the price of the gold as we're all avid players & deserve it!!!

unable to use watching Ads as a Benefit anymore??? Ruins the entire game! I'm on level like 410. which isn't super easy at all, nor would I expect it to be. it was SO super incredible when I could watch a cpl ads to get a few more balls in the game. I didn't always need this option but now that they took that option away? SUCKS!! RUINS THE ENTIRE GAME FOR ME!!!! I shouldn't have to use up all my gold bars& power ups && then y'all trying to force me to spend my real $$... that's nuts!! FIX IT!!!

After you win so many stages, instead of giving you random colored bubbles to shoot, it purposely gives you colors you cannot use at all. AI knows what colors you need and purposely keeps them from you. You can't possibly win like that, and that's not fair, this isn't for money, it's just a game. Why is this game cheating? AI sucks and so does this game!

Original review was in 2017, updated earlier this year. This is an update to that update! Had an issue suddenly losing all rewards, bought & earned. Customer service was fantastic handling that issue! This is the only mobile game I've stuck with FOR YEARS! It's rewarding, fun, & for the most part great! I rated this game so highly because there's options to help you along the way. Extra bubbles for an ad watch, in game rewards, etc. Said perks aren't available now, not sure why, but it sucks! 😕

2022 review I truly enjoy the game and I recommend highly. I gave it 4 stars only because it would be nice to win more gold bars. But truth the cost to break the bank is cheap for 50 gold pieces. It is a good game to really try to find the way thru in one try. 2025 I thought about playing again, but it seems the problem with the gold bars is still a concern along with no updates to game on building. then I see that there hasn't been any response to players concerns?! Decided against reinstall.
