I've been playing this game for years and I've always enjoyed it, however lately the levels have gotten exponentially harder and nearly impossible to win without using power-ups. But worst of all, the game has started freezing after finishing levels, making it count as a loss, or pieces get removed from the board that are necessary to finish the level. I turned in a ticket with screenshots of the glitched level and got a generic AI response and no compensation.

update: I still love this game, but over the last six months it periodically freezes after I win a level and when I have to restart, it counts it as a loss. I lose my super collector and have to start over. very frustrating. please fix this also, last time I won a competition it didn't give me a prize. the basket was empty! This is my new favorite game. I avoided downloading it because I didn't want to get addicted. Lol and behold now I am addicted!

Not even a good game. Trying to get to level 45 so I can get some play points and these "super hard levels" should be called "impossible unless lucky levels". Genuinely it's a gamble that what you want to drop actually drops until it doesn't. I'm not even surprised that it shoves packages in your face to make you spend money for gold or lives. Back to the P2W era I guess

It's now a game only for those who pay, or who don't mind playing the same hard level for weeks until they happen to get lucky. The quests that helped the player generate beans and gold bars have been removed and replaced with one quest that seems to require the user to pay to complete. I don't blame the developers as times are hard and everything costs more, but it's also the same for the players and it's not really worth paying to win levels.

I have played this game for YEARS, but it is really starting to tick me off! First of all, I'm on a "Super Hard Level" and barely get any moves. I need to watch ad after ad to try and get enough moves to attempt a win. SO now they have been cutting me off of how many ads I can watch, so it is impossible to win!! To make it even worse, right now, there are ads that are not giving the moves, AND not only that, they are taking away the moves you already earned from previously watched ads!!!

this might be the most generic game I've ever played... it's Match 3 there are no extra bonuses for crosses to count for collection. it's so generic, to call it boring would insult the rest of the generic match games. when it says skip it should just let you skip ten levels the only plus to this game is the 50 points you get if you finish the Google quest. I can't wait to uninstall this and never touch it again.
