Excessive amounts of pop-ups, infuriating to use especially when you're in a hurry, causes mental anguish, full screen ad with delayed close button, wasting the user's precious time, this is how not to make a transit app. every time I open this app it's making me irate, I curse the people responsible for adding more and more pop-up including the location notification and other functionality relating popups. I hope your family suffers

Always hanged when ads were failed to load. e.g. Frequently when clicking close for the full page popup ads, it hanged.

realtime bus info is good enough but the bot is useless. also the refund enquiry page does not proceed beyond captcha input. neither the bot nor the refund form allows a successful refund request. I assume this is intentional.

It's actually pretty accurate. But it's cumbersome -- the older version "remembered" the last several buses you checked; this new version forces you to start over every time. The app quits and makes you restart randomly. And the advertisements! So many!!! They cover the whole screen. Sometimes impossible to close without closing the app and starting over. Poor programming. And even poorer regard for their paying customers. I am not impressed.

rubbish! after update on Oct 2025, unable to show e coine, Page not user friendly, where the hell can save the bus stop , even though the user manual is not responding

The bus screen randomly stopped updating, not having noticed that I missed my stop by like 10 stations and had to ride the opposite way back, thus having to pay double the price and was late by over an hour. **The screen on the second bus was also frozen.** This was late at night when it was normal to be sleepy. It feels intentional, maybe they wanted more revenue.
