Personally I think konga operates like a scam , and they don't take their customers seriously they sent me an item that is completely not working, requested a return, now my payment is hanging . a payment I made since a week plus, I keep hearing stories from different agents even after it has exceeded the 3-5 working days, the said another 24hrs , they 24hrs has expired and I'm yet to get my refund . now the said it's a network issue. just imagine. I regret using the app.

App and website are almost unusable. Search and filtering hardly work. However, it goes beyond that. You make replacement orders without buyer consent, delay payouts intentionally, and can't even keep track of exact amounts. How is it possible that when payouts are reversed to one's wallet for whatever reason, the reversed amount is less than the initial payout? Considering the entirety of my experience with Konga recently, I can only imagine it is a deliberate attempt at defrauding customers.

After making complains about kongnow and they not delivering 1-6 hours as they said they would. I tried calling the customer care number. Wasted about 2500 airtime and each time I mention the issue on konganow, they pretend to not hear and then they hang up. I tried this with every numbers at my house. I'm disappointed at konga services and their customer care too. Now I will have to travel without the device. I also went on twitter and find out, this issue has been there for a long time.

I would say that there is a lot of improvement on the Konga app. seamless navigation and search result is quite better. Also wide range of products and varieties to shop from. However ,the rate of cancelled order due to non-shipment by vendors is a bit on the high side. I might end up withdrawing the money in my wallet as I couldn't place a successful order for months due to this vendor shipment reason. please work on it 🙏

The useless software ever on the planet. It keeps on freezinG and crushinG all the time. It keeps on showinG the same items on your search especially if you click on an item to check it. You have to loG in twice in order to track your item. I waited lonG for you Guys to fix these awful software but it seems nobody minds in fixinG anythinG. Edit: I came to check if thinGs are improved now since from 2016 but it is still the same. You will lose business with this poor software.

I attempted to pay for a 12V battery charger. After entering my card details, I was informed that an OTP had been sent to my registered phone number, but I did not receive any OTP. Despite this, I have been debited. This makes it the second time I will be experiencing this
