The English version is horrible, and the Korean version doesn't let you sign up with your English name. Then I had a very difficult time creating a membership and being able to sign in. It asks for a membership number, but when I made the membership, it never asked for or gave a membership number. Its just a terrible app to navigate...

I've tried 3 times to pay for a seat with entering all my card details but it keeps showing me the blank page. I thought it was just taking time, but it didn't work even though i waited for 10 min. If i tap the screen, it keeps going back to the first page of the payment. At first, when i failed to make it, i saw the seat was already TAKEN, so I thought maybe someone chose a seat at the same time as me but 3 times in a row? Seriously? I'm gonna be crazy if I find you charge me 3 times.

Its miserable. Its always been bad but somehow it was updated and got worse. Its an app that functions like a web page in the mid 2000s; why am scrolling left and right to see the page, while inside an app??? Using a foreign card is completely broken. If you dont have a Korean card, good luck, you'll be buying a ticket at the station for standing room only.

I bought train tickets with foreign issued card and no issue but confused with checking the price. 1. Don't know why separating the fair and fee. I would appreciate if tax is separated then total price and that is easier. 2. Why do we print the reservation to get issued the real ticket? what is reduced? app and web developing? paper? or the tickets? what is the QR code's job?? let us just scan and go. automize and reduce the resources and people's energy.

I can't purchase a ticket on the app. It says "Webpage not available" when I try to use a foreign credit card
