Can't login, says credentials are wrong. They are definitely correct. Tried to make new accounts, thinking maybe it got deleted. Can't do that because the phone number is already in use. Go to support, there is no option for "our business is moronic and locks accounts to phone numbers" (you have to drill down through categories and it's asinine). I guess you're not getting my business, then.

The app is terrible. Last month I tried to get a $7 dozen deal on my fiance's account and we changed the password but the code was like stuck on that page and wouldn't submit it. Now yesterday we went to redeem a different deal at the store but when we clicked on "scan in store" it didn't do anything. It was again stuck on that page and wouldn't show the barcode. So I downloaded the app on my phone and tried to login but it just said "Uh oh". I had the correct login info too but it wouldn't work

difficult to apply deals on this app. had a sale for "Buy a dozen, get a dozen for $1". tried ordering 2 dozen and the price stayed the same even when I put in code. Selected regular dozen and promo dozen, and price still stayed the same. I then selected logo dozen by itself and it was a dollar more so I assumed I did it right. when it got delivered it was still only a dozen. app needs to be easier to maneuver

The app only allows for one single gift card to be used during check out. It would be awesome if they updated the app to allow multiple gift cards, so I can buy more donuts! For example, I have several $15 gift cards, which by themselves do not go far at Krispy Kreme (doesn't even buy you one dozen glazed), but combined, I can get lots of donuts!

I went to order donuts in Raleigh on 8/25/25, and I attempted to sign in. I tried to reset my password 5 times. once I put in the verification code, it just got stuck on that page. I did it again today, and it does the same thing. how can you offer deals that you can only use through the app, but it doesn't work. I won't be going back until the app is updated. I see there have been problems for months after reading the reviews.

App doesn't work well. Offers do not work. Barcode to scan offer in store does not pop up. Was at the store trying to figure it out with the worker but there was nothing they could do since everything was through the app and account. Tried ordering through the app and that didn't work as well. Waste of my time!
