Paid for the service and ordered the initial car inspection through the app almost a week in advance. On the designated day no one came and already after the scheduled time they told me that their technicians are not available and suggested rescheduling. Rescheduling for other day wasn't convenient for me, so I requested a refund which they confirmed. Almost 4 weeks after, despite multiple follow ups, no refund was made and they even stopped responding. Think twice before using this service.

i thick carswitch has some internal protocols with checklist. it makes life easier for the seller, buyer and the Carswith itself. Best thing what i observed is no-aggression in dealings and discission, all staff is polite and supportive. specially one Guy namely Ibrahim was excellent and the other was super excellent guy who guided from the payment till shipping the car. Intially i was planning to get the car through financing, at that time guidance was v.poor even wrongly calculated.

Bunch of ## fishing on others cars, u can't test drive without buying...they get anoyed. if u finalise a good deal with seller they push you away saying that the owner is not available these days and they go buy the car....you got surprised that the car is sold ....

I tried to reserve a car by placing a deposit, but later I came to know that the owner changed the price by mistake. So I asked for a refund. They took 10 days to refund after various follow-ups. Overall nice app and company and they value customer relationships. Good job.

Worse customer relationship, only good thing is photos that they took. No follow up, no liaisoning at all. Do not pay them.

I had a frustrating experience with Carswitch. I reserved 3 different cars, and each time, the seller backed out at the last minute. After spending time researching, booking, and waiting, it was disappointing to see the deals fail repeatedly. Carswitch should have better policies to ensure sellers are committed before listing their cars. It’s inconvenient for buyers to go through the process multiple times with no outcome. I hope they improve their system for a more reliable experience.
