My balance stays stuck at a fixed point even though the market price changes. I own crypto and even if a token is $400, my app will say I'm at $350, and it stays there until volume goes back to $350 so I can't sell it. Also, their customer service is trash, they never actually fix anything. If it wasn't for tokens you can't get somewhere else I wouldn't use this exchange. I personally hate it.

The exchange is good, but their app sucks. I have lost lots of money, because the app decides I need to enter a password most times I go to buy or sell. By the time you do the password opportunities fly by. The security is losing us more money than saving. Text boxes where you enter amount erase with almost any action. To top it off the button to bid 100% is extremely close to the transfer button. So you enter everything then if you get near the transfer button. It erases and you start over.

All in all in is an easy to use crypto trading platform. Way better than Binance(U.S.). Sure there are some glitches every once in awhile, but nothing major. This rest of this review is then In response to "Blah Blurg Blah Blurg's" review, complaining about not being able to log in without her phone, or ID?? That's new to me. I never need my ID to login, ever. And yeah you need your phone to use the app, but with email and password you can use any phone...oh yeah also kucoin website too.

Offers a huge variety of coins. Trade spot, margin, futures, stake for rewards, participate in contests and drops, run trading bots, lending and borrowing, and more. Works great once you get the hang of the interface. Only things that could be improved: More intuitive and friendly interface, and lower withdrawal fees and limits (they're a bit high on some of the coins).

Terrible app. Locks me out for 24 hours randomly saying I've changed security settings - which I haven't. When I click on main balance, sometimes there's no option to go anywhere else. Back arrow exits the app so I'm forced to open desktop version from my mobile phone. Just full of rookie issues. So annoying when you're under time constraints and have trades to make.

The new trading screen layout is rather confusing and not as intuitive. The order book chart should be on same page as the order entry screen (buy, sell stop etc) so that one can see / visualize where the majority of the current orders are (on the order book chart) and set order/trade price accordingly. Things are all over the places, could not easily see where the orders placed, balance etc. Please bring back the old layout. Or give an option to choose between new and old layout. Thanks.
