Not exactly the best experience. The update recently was a downgrade. You have to re-login every time, AFTER you've done a biometric login. Also, the delivery and billing address sections are painful as they have to be respecified EVERY time. It feels like someone has spent extra time trying to work out how to be the most non user friendly. To top it off, my latest order just refuses to process, whilst web version works fine (extra two stars knocked off for that!).

Massive Step Backwards. The old app may not have been feature rich (read not full of adverts and pushing upsell items) but it was very easy to just one click for a repeat order and to see what you had ordered, when and it's status. The new app is just a mess and making me consider a new supplier. Have to log back in every time. constant error messages and need to restart the app. Having to confirm delivery and billing address each and every time. Confusing navigation and poor help. Truly awful.

Slow on the update getting the prescription, got an SMS from my surgery, 5 hours later the app now has it. Not having a great time so far. when you use help why isn't the app autopopulating information it has - instead looking for the account number back and forth through the navigator. I received an error trying to pay, no other details that was it, multiple attempts. waiting on support, apparently they've already left 3.30pm on a Friday.

Well it used to work. Slow and basic, but got there in the end. Not any more. Latest update has killed the app. It wants me to open a family account with myself, to link me with me 🫤 If it ever loads my prescriptions, a big if, then whilst trying to upsell...before I even try to pay, I always get "Sorry, an error occurred processing your order." Cleared data, reinstalled...nope. Totally wrecked it. The days tick down until I run out of my prescription, and this awful app won't let me reorder

May 2025: The app has recently changed, but it's different rather than better. Basic functionality of getting a repeat prescription and getting your medication still works. The reminders system, however is still not right: today I got a notification reminder even though the app shows my next reminder as being a week from now. Also, sometimes the app loses context and logs you out if you switch tasks. Having problems? Read other reviews, it's probably not you.

Was forced to, by old company, I hate it, not only was some of my tablets not transferred, but I have to login fully every time, it doesn't even remember my password (so I have to look it up first, has I don't remember it, I expect my phone & app to, (so can't remember to order any medication while at work). The ordering is slow too, you have to remember to turn switch to send to home add & 2 sections covering same details. Arrgh. I wish I could go back to my old one, did less but quick & easy.
