Application is good, but the problem is that on English language as a system language it shows "title" instead of "home" ,"expenses","account" etc. Also it requires a code to be sent every time, instead off a pass key. So it's means you can not open an app through internet without sim connected to network.

App became much better. The only thing to complain might be that if app version is behind, it crashes instead of proposing to update, and you have to guess it's cause you need to update it. Other than that, it's much better experience since my last review.

My main problem is that app is only in Ukrainian. If you're not fluent in ukranian kyivstar is not for you. I do hope they open up to earn more money from visitors to their amazing country ❤️

The app itself is useless. Notifications are pointless and redundant. There is absolutely no utility in this app.

It does what it needs to do. Still has bits in the application that are in Ukranian when English is the selected language, but there have been improvements in this - thank you! Still won't accept my UK credit card. Would get another star if all the options were adjustable from the app instead of going to a website. The app keeps giving me message to update, but I have latest version. I have no use for double data or minutes, so I'm not going to change tariff for no reason. Please stop this.

Possibly the worst mobile service I've experienced anywhere in the world. All they seem to care about is taking your money. Their service is not oriented towards customer ease of use and transparency but rather a money making exercise. Every time I use it's negativity. There are better companies out there.
