All important information about your park, from all facilities to an overview of your accommodations, can be found here. It is impossible to get lost in the park with our map. When reviewing the app in the app ("how satisfied are you with our app), the send-button disappears when giving a negative review. It's very hard to create an account. It just gives an "something went wrong" error, until you randomly receive an activation code in your email. Then that code didn't work, and after trying 4 more codes, it stopped sending emails all together. Waited 30 mins, and spammed the re-send button out of frustration. I got 1, just 1, email, and that code finally worked.

Could NEVER open barriere, also NOT after reinstall of app.(android 16 + aug fixes, and pixel6a) Worked fine on this phone 1 yr ago (android 15). No feedback from app at all, tried NFC and BT, nothing hapened. Reservation and key were visible. Reception is >1 km away from the barrier where I arrived with trailer hooked on. And yes I got a token next day. You wasted my time and fun.

Kenwick woods is very nice, quiet and relaxing. The lodge was small but it's all you want for a few days to relax, hot tub was good. My only disappointment was it is not very disability friendly due to the pathway being very uneven so we couldn't walk to restaurant or reception and the roads near the lodges are all stones, again not disability friendly x

Encouraged through all the information and correspondence to download the app. Reluctantly downloaded it and created an account and then told that the app doesn't support UK bookings. Complete waste of time and effort and extremely frustrating.

Cannot Login with Landal account. Followed instructions, reinstalled app and reset password multiple times.

Nice app works great. To offset all of that someone decided to install the scanner for entry to the park at a height of 32cm Nearly impossible to reach out of a car with enough clearance for an average speed bump. So if you dislike your phone or are in dire need to buy the next one this app is the one you need to convince your spouse the old one is really broken after an incident.
