I'm using this app since a year ago, So far app is very good, I like that can track even if they block the online status, sometimes gives some issues and doesn't work like now since yesterday is not working, just a recommendation, you can add an average of usage too, how many minutes or hours the number spend online. Sometimes when the app have issues, takes too long to fix it

App is not working since January 31st, have send couple of emails but as usual with this app developers no response. It has been 8 days and 6 emails and no response, they don't even open the emails. Terrible customer service. Just found out and confirmed it no longer works if the user hides/disables their online status.

Scam company, have used this app in the past successfully. Recently decided to try it again and purchased a subscription to monitor 2 numbers for one month. Didn't work on my phone...contacted support asking for assistance or a refund...no response in 2 weeks after sending 3 emails to support. Seems like they will just take your money and run! Buyer beware!!!

Congrats Team !!! Best Application for tracking online status. Using from last one year, its good. But nowadays facing some issues little bit sometimes. Like duration not displaying, offline online notifications displaying the same dashboard row and I need to know. What is the new update regarding hide profile picture. Can you explain briefly. Means the subscribed mobile number hidden profile picture in WhatsApp can able to see ?

This worked fine. But when I renewed my subscription, the app refunded the money while I didn't. Then, I purchased another subscription, the app now stopped working, meaning this app cannot detect online activities anymore. Whats wrong? Edit: Now it works like charms after waiting for hours. However, how about the money I've spent earlier on? It was automatically refunded but the balance did not come back to me, how? I give four stars because the money did not come back to me.

I subscribed for this app 2 months back, 1 month worked properly but on 8th Dec. stopped working. I sent emails to developer but only mail which I received was automated response from them as it'll work. But don't know when. As there is no mail received for further update. Now I'll apply for refund for my payment from Google as there's no update yet for the same. Stop sending automated responses & revert back with proper answers or immediately refund payment for all subscribers.
